Teacher Bio: Aoibheann Walsh

 

 

 

Aoibheann Walsh, ailing from Dublin Ireland, started dancing at the age of 3 for her mother at the Dee Johnston School of Irish Dance. During a highly successful competitive career AoibheanAoibheann Walshn was fortunate enough to place in the top 15 at every major dancing competition. This all accumulated in Aoibheann winning two Leinster Titles. After retiring from competitive dancing, she went on the join the cast of Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance for a prestigious 6 month run at London’s world famous Dominion Theatre on the West End. Since then she has gone on to travel the world taking in much of Europe and Asia on her travels. In late 2015, she went on to join Michael Flatley on stage in the Broadway production of the show, fulfilling a life long dream of performing the role of Morrighan. In addition to this, Aoibheann is also a highly talented and qualified nail technician.
